Wow! Such a cool cave!

 

WALT: identify descriptive language from my reading.

Success criteria: I know I can do this when I find 

suitable adverbs for the verbs that I identify from the 

story.

Success criteria: I know I can do this when I retell the stories of when Jesus showed up.

Look at that crater!

On Good Friday we went to Mt. Wellington with my brother and dad. We drove there in a car.

First we climbed up the summit the mountain to the summit. It was very hot like I've been put in an oven. Along the way we saw a swarm of flies. 

One we were at the top of the summit, we looked down at the crater and my dad said "We have a better view up here." After that we walked for a bit more around the summit and watched the view.

It was great watching the view and going to the top of the mountain, Next time, I might spend longer there so could we have an even better look around the crater.

Ahhh ! sharks are trying to kill me!
