Learning Intention: We are learning to develop creative skills through poetry.
Success criteria: I know I can do this when I write a poem about the monster the sea using appropriate onomatopoeia. 

It was the best holiday ever!

In the holidays I went to Sylvia Park with my mum, my dad, my brother and sister for an amazing family day out.I also stayed at home and watched gaming videos towards the end of the holidays.

At Sylvia Park I ate breakfast at Mac Donald's while my dad and mum went to a coffee shop because they wanted coffee from their favourite coffee shop.

I then went to The Warehouse to buy a new blanket. Then I came across a new Nerf gun and I wanted to buy it and it was just $16. I then asked my parents to buy it for me and they did.

When I got home I wanted to watch videos from my two favourite youtubers , who are SSundee and PopularMMO's. I watched SSundee play a custom map in Minecraft called Crundee Craft and I saw PopularMMO's play the Minecraft Hunger Games.

The holidays were so much fun because the activities I did were exhilarating. There were also so many different kinds of activities I did that I would wish to do again during the next school holidays.

Wow! I played so many games!

In the weekend, I stayed home with my two brothers, my sister, my mum and dad. I played Skyrim on my black, flat screened computer and watched some YouTube videos. 

First I played Skyrim and I reached higher levels to gain a level, I had to pick locks and sneak around. I also I used one-handed weapons. I focused on smithing because I wanted to smith deadly armour and weapons. Then I found out a way to cheat and max my smithing up to 100.

Then I went to basketball training at the North Shore. First we did a short warm up game called pirates. You have to protect the ball from the other players who are trying to take it off you.

After an intensive basketball training, I watched some videos on YouTube, I watched gaming videos on two different gaming YouTube channels, one is called PopularMMOs and the other was called SSundee. SSundee was playing ARK Survival Evolved and PopularMMOs played Minecraft.

After that I played the PS3 after watching videos on the computer I played Minecraft. I started off by playing with my Pirate Ship server. I looked for a vanilla cake in the game and it took very long.

It was a really fun weekend and I had a great day. However next time I might try to find some outdoor activities to do as well so I don't keep looking at the bright computer screen.

Our trip was so fun!

My favourite part of the trip was the Herald theatre and the play. It was my favourite part of the trip because the narrator was really funny when she made farting noises and smoke came out. Another school came on the trip as well, it was St Theresa's School. The main character in the play was a boy named Rima.
